  16.     I have recently suffered a problem with my hardrive that I have
  17. suffered many times in the past. While booting and after mounting the
  18. dh1: partician on my hardrive, I get a message box saying "error
  19. validation volume supradrive" with some key 97567 header error as well.
  20. In the past I would simply use amiback tools to solve the problem. Now
  21. after changing back to workbench 1.3 from workbench 2.04 I find that
  22. every time I try to load amiback tools I get the classic "finish all
  23. disk activity error" where the system basically crashes. I've made sure
  24. that all the amitools libraries and commands are in the proper
  25. directories but I still get the error. Is there any other program,
  26. public domain, shareware, or otherwise, that will run under workbench
  27. 1.3 and will solve my hardrive validation problem without having to
  28. format all 95 megs of the partition?
